Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in hotel operations, front office, guest relations, or property operations.
• Minimum 2 years in supervisory or managerial roles.
• Experience in roles like Assistant Hotel Manager, Operations Manager, or Front Office Manager preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hotel or property operations during the assignment period.
• Supervise Front Desk, Guest Service, and on-site operational teams.
• Ensure excellent guest experience across all service touchpoints.
• Monitor daily operational performance and reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth property operations.
• Ensure operations comply with SOPs and service standards.
• Be prepared for property assignment, rotation, or placement based on business needs.
