Job summary

Four Points by Sheraton Lagoi Bay in Indonesia seeks a strategic Hotel Operations leader to drive guest satisfaction and operational excellence across Front Office, Recreation/Health Club, Housekeeping, F&B/Culinary and Maintenance.

Reporting to the property management team, the position develops and implements department strategies, ensures brand service standards, grows revenue, and fosters positive owner relations while delivering strong returns on investment.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related major.
• 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, or management operations.
• OR 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major.
• 2 years experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates and communicates key drivers of guest satisfaction for the brand’s target customer.
• Analyzes service issues and identifies trends.
• Monitors hotel operations sales performance against budget.
• Coaches and supports operations team to manage occupancy & rate, wages and controllable expenses.
• Champions the brand’s service vision for product and service delivery and ensures alignment amongst the hotel leadership teams.
