Job summary

Marriott International's Four Points by Sheraton Makassar hotel is seeking a Hotel Cleanliness Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team and ensure guest room and public area standards. You will inspect rooms, coordinate with engineering and front desk, manage daily schedules, and support management in hiring, training and coaching staff.

You will promote safety, uphold brand standards, and communicate with clear, professional language while maintaining guest satisfaction in a busy resort

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to supervise and coach staff in a hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure quality standards.
• Coordinate efforts between Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry; update room status and communicate changes.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and motivating employees.
• Follow safety and security policies and complete required training and certifications.
