Job summary

RedDoorz in Jakarta is seeking Engineering Leaders to oversee civil renovation readiness across properties. You will lead onboarding and technical assessments for new and existing properties, ensure standards are met, and drive continuous improvement across a growing portfolio.

You will manage city-level engineering teams, perform hands-on civil and technical assessments, develop SOPs and maintenance programs, and engage with vendors to optimize costs and ensure quality across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of civil engineering, renovation, or project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation (RAB), drawings, and project execution.
• Experience developing SOPs, checklists, engineering standards, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Excellent project and vendor management skills; willingness to travel.

• Providing hands-on civil and technical assessments to ensure standards are met
• Supporting vendor assessment and selection, which is expected to reduce external vendor assessment costs

Qualification :

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering, renovation, or construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation (RAB), technical drawings, and project execution.
• Experience in developing SOPs, checklists, engineering standards, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Good project management, vendor management, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel to properties as required
