Job summary

RedDoorz in Bali is seeking an Hotel Engineering Executive to lead multi-site property improvements and ensure renovation readiness across our Bali portfolio. You will onboard properties, conduct technical assessments, supervise city-level engineering teams, perform hands-on civil and technical checks, and assist in vendor assessments to reduce costs while maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, preferably in a technical field.
• 1–3 years of engineering experience in hospitality or property management.
• Strong knowledge in building, MEP, and renovation readiness assessment.
• Experience managing multi-site engineering teams.

• Conducting onboarding and technical assessments for new and existing properties
• Managing and supervising city-level engineering teams to maintain and improve property quality
• Providing hands-on civil and technical assessments to ensure standards are met
• Supporting vendor assessment and selection, which is expected to reduce external vendor assessment costs

Qualification :

• Minimum 1-3 years of engineering experience in hospitality or property management
