Job summary

RedDoorz is seeking a Hotel Engineering Executive in Malang to lead property transformation, oversee onboarding and technical assessments, and manage city-level engineering teams to uphold quality.

You will provide hands-on civil and MEP assessments, drive vendor evaluation and cost optimization, and collaborate with operations to ensure renovation readiness and standards across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• P2: 2–3 years of engineering experience in hospitality or property management.
• P3: Strong knowledge of building, MEP, and renovation readiness assessment.
• P4: Proven experience managing multi-site engineering teams.
• P5: Hands-on vendor assessment and cost optimization experience.
• P6: Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

These Engineering Leaders will play a critical role in:

• Supporting property transformation and renovation readiness.
• Conducting onboarding and technical assessments for new and existing properties
• Managing and supervising city-level engineering teams to maintain and improve property quality
• Providing hands-on civil and technical assessments to ensure standards are met
• Supporting vendor assessment and selection, which is expected to reduce external vendor assessment costs

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2-3 years of engineering experience in hospitality or property management
• Strong knowledge in building, MEP, and renovation readiness assessment
• Proven experience managing multi-site engineering teams
• Hands-on experience in vendor assessment and cost optimization
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
