Qualifications

• Experience managing maintenance teams in large facilities.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems including HVAC and electrical.
• Proven track record in preventive maintenance and energy conservation.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and able to train and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation, maintenance, and repair of all hotel engineering systems and facilities.
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Ensure all MEP, HVAC, fire protection, and utility systems operate safely and efficiently.
• Manage the Engineering budget, maintenance costs, and energy consumption.
• Lead and supervise the Engineering team to ensure optimal performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building standards, and company policies.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for maintenance and renovation projects.
• Prepare engineering reports and support the hotel's operational excellence.
