Job summary

Pulauintan Development seeks a Building Engineer to oversee daily engineering, maintenance, and operations for a premier apartment complex. You will manage MEP systems, lead a small team, and coordinate with vendors for upkeep and repairs.

You will ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations while optimizing energy use and maintenance costs, supporting Veranda Hotels & Residences projects in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years in a similar role (apartment/residential/building).
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and building safety.
• Good leadership and vendor management skills.
• Relevant certification/license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily engineering, maintenance, and technical operations of the apartment building
• Ensure proper operation and preventive maintenance of MEP systems, utilities, equipment, and facilities
• Lead the engineering team and coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repairs
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and building regulations and standards
• Monitor engineering costs, energy efficiency, and maintenance performance to support smooth building operations
