Job summary

Unreal Group is seeking a reliable Engineering Staff member to maintain and repair our hotel, hostel, and hospitality facilities. You will perform routine maintenance, inspect equipment, and ensure smooth operation across guest rooms and public areas.

The role requires knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and basic AC/mechanical troubleshooting; you must be able to work hands-on, independently or with a team, in a hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in engineering or building maintenance.
• Good knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
• Able to troubleshoot and solve technical problems independently.
• Basic knowledge of AC systems and mechanical equipment is advantageous.
• Physically fit, responsible, disciplined, and hands-on.
• Willing to work in a hospitality environment.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of building facilities, equipment, and infrastructure.
• Handle electrical installations, lighting, power outlets, circuit breakers, and basic electrical troubleshooting.
• Maintain plumbing systems, including water pumps, pipelines, water tanks, and drainage systems.
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of air conditioning (AC), water heaters, and other mechanical equipment.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues and carry out necessary repairs.
• Monitor the condition of buildings, guest rooms, public areas, and operational facilities.
• Maintain engineering tools, equipment, and maintenance records.
