Pengiklan Anonim in Bali seeks a reliable Engineering Staff to support daily property maintenance and operations. You will perform routine maintenance, inspections, and basic repairs of building facilities and equipment, with focus on MEP maintenance and AC issues.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in engineering or building maintenance, SMK or equivalent, and can communicate in English. Bali residency and immediate availability are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in engineering, building maintenance, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of MEP systems and AC maintenance.
• Minimum SMK graduate or equivalent, preferably in a relevant technical field.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Flexible with working hours when operationally required.
• Previous experience in hospitality, hotels, villas, or property management is an advantage.
• Currently residing in Bali.
• Available to join immediately.

We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented Engineering Staff member to support our daily property maintenance and engineering operations in Bali, Indonesia.

About you
