Job summary

BVM is seeking a reliable Engineering Staff to join our Operations Team in Bali. You will maintain villas, handle repairs, and respond quickly to maintenance requests to keep properties safe and comfortable.

Responsibilities include performing general maintenance across villas, addressing villa team requests, and supporting pool, water, electrical, plumbing, and overall upkeep. You will work in a dynamic, field-based environment and report major issues to the Chief Engineer.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in general maintenance or engineering.
• Property management experience is required, preferably in villa or hotel operations.
• Trade certificate or relevant technical training is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.
• Hands-on and able to troubleshoot common maintenance issues.
• Reliable, responsive, practical, and safety-conscious.
• Comfortable working in a physically active, field-based environment.
• Willing to respond to urgent maintenance needs when required.
