Job summary

Dream CoWork Hotels (DCH) in Kuta Lombok is seeking a Property Manager & Accountant to join our team. You will ensure accurate numbers in our cloud-based systems and oversee daily hotel operations.

The role covers F&B accounting, inventory, and supervising receptionists, housekeepers, and maintenance staff to deliver guest satisfaction and strong reviews as we grow in Bali, Java, and Sumbawa.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel, bar, restaurant, or accounting preferred.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Willingness to work in Kuta Lombok.

Responsibilities

• Ensure numbers in Property Management software (Cloudbeds) and POS (Poster) are accurate.
• F&B/Equipment accounting and inventory management.
• Lead receptionists to achieve guest satisfaction and reviews.
• Collaborate with property host to market and host theme nights.
• Oversee housekeeping to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Coordinate with property engineer and designer on repairs and renovations.

Dream CoWork Hotels (DCH) is the biggest digital nomad hotel in Kuta Lombok with a Bar, Pool, Cowork, 25 private rooms and 32 dormbeds. We are looking for a Property Manager & Accountant to join our team.

Key responsibilities

Making sure numbers on our Property Management software (Cloudbeds) and Point-of-Sale system (Poster) makes sense

F&B/Equipment Accounting and Inventory management

Managing your team of receptionists in obtaining guest satisfaction and guest reviews

Working together with your property host to market and hold successful theme nights

Managing your team of housekeepers in maintaining standards of cleanliness

Working together with your property engineer and our interior designer to make planned and emergency repairs, upgrades and renovations

About you

Degree in hotel, bar, restaurant management or accounting

Existing hotel, bar, restaurant, or accounting work experience preferred

Good spoken and written English

Willingness to work in Kuta Lombok
