Job summary

Indonesia Backpacker Hostel (IBH) Lombok is seeking a Property Manager with experience in bar, restaurant, villa management or accounting to oversee daily operations at our Kuta Lombok property. You will manage F&B accounting, inventory, and housekeeping coordination, while leading reception and maintenance teams to deliver guest satisfaction and high reviews.

The role requires English communication, a degree in a related field, and willingness to work in Kuta Lombok.

Qualifications

• Degree or education in accounting, business, restaurant management or related field.
• Experience in hotel, bar or restaurant operations preferred.
• Strong English written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure numbers in Property Management software (Cloudbeds) and POS (Poster) are accurate.
• Manage F&B/equipment accounting and inventory.
• Lead receptionists to achieve guest satisfaction and reviews.
• Coordinate with marketing and hosts for theme nights.
• Oversee housekeeping standards and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers for repairs and renovations.

IBH Lombok is the biggest party hostel in Kuta Lombok with a bar, pool, 90 beds and will have 150 beds and an in-house restaurant by early 2027.

Key responsibilities

Making sure numbers on Property Management software (Cloudbeds) and Point-of-Sale system (Poster) makes sense

F&B/Equipment Accounting and Inventory management

Managing your team of receptionists in obtaining guest satisfaction and guest reviews

Working together with your property marketing & property host to market and hold successful theme nights

Managing your team of housekeepers in maintaining standards of cleanliness

Working together with your property engineer and our interior designer to make planned and emergency repairs, upgrades and renovations

About you

Degree in accounting, business, restaurant management or related field

Candidates with existing hotel, bar, restaurant, accounting work experience are preferred

Good spoken and written English

Willingness to work in Kuta Lombok
