Job summary

PT. DREAME TECHNOLOGY INDONESIA is seeking an E-Commerce Livestream Host to lead broadcasts on major platforms, delivering product knowledge, promotions, and selling points with high energy.

You will engage viewers, respond to questions, and drive purchases while collaborating with E-Commerce and Marketing teams to hit sales targets. The role requires 1–2 years of experience, fluent Indonesian or English, and comfort on camera with flexible weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia or English with strong communication.
• Energetic, confident, expressive and camera-friendly.
• Strong selling and audience engagement skills.
• Creative and familiar with TikTok/social media trends.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends.

• Host livestreams on TikTok Shop, Shopee, Tokopedia and other platforms.
• Deliver product knowledge, promotions, and selling points per script.

Host livestream sessions on TikTok Shop, Shopee, Tokopedia, and other e-commerce platforms.

Understand and deliver product knowledge, promotions, and selling points according to the script.

Actively engage with viewers, maintain an energetic atmosphere, and encourage product interaction and purchases.

Respond to audience questions and provide accurate product information during livestreams.

Assist in creating and shooting short-video content for social media promotion.

Work closely with E-Commerce and Marketing teams to achieve livestream and sales targets.

Monitor and evaluate livestream performance to improve engagement and conversion.

Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an E-Commerce Livestream Host.

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia or English, with strong communication and presentation skills.

Confident, energetic, expressive, and comfortable appearing on camera.

Good selling and audience‑engagement skills.

Creative and familiar with TikTok/social media trends.

Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends/promotional periods.

Strong teamwork, responsible, and able to work under pressure and meet targets.
