You will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, while meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations. The Host - Kitchen is responsible for assisting the Lead Host - Kitchen and Head Chef in managing the day-to-day operations of the F&B product at the hotel.
Ideally, candidates should have a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management. A minimum of 2 years' work experience in Kitchen/Commis/Cook Helper roles. Excellent English communication skills, strong taste maintenance of food, and proficiency in menu preparation are required.
