Job summary

ChonTea & Co. in Bali seeks a friendly Host/Greeter to welcome guests, manage seating flow, and provide accurate wait times. You will coordinate with waitstaff and kitchen to ensure smooth service and a positive first impression.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, a professional attitude, and the ability to stay on your feet during long shifts, with relocation preferred for candidates from outside the area.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate wait times and keep guests informed about estimated wait times and managing expectations.
• Greet customers upon departure and guide guests to their tables in a timely and friendly manner.
• Maintain positive guest and colleague interactions and build good working relationships.
• Work closely with waitstaff, kitchen, and management to ensure smooth flow of service.
• Upsell merchandise products.
