Job summary

FINNS Beach Club in Bali is seeking a sharp, hands-on leader to oversee Front Office, Guest Experience Managers, and Valet, setting standards and guiding the guest journey end-to-end.

You will drive staffing, SOPs, and tech-enabled guest communications while protecting the FINNS brand at every touchpoint, ensuring calm, proactive service during peak periods and delivering world-class hospitality in a premier beach club setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as Front Office Director or related field in high-volume hospitality environments.
• Bali/Indonesia experience preferred.
• Excellent English communication; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guide Front Office, Guest Experience, and Valet teams with clear standards, professional culture, and calm execution under pressure to maintain World’s Best service.
• Own the entire guest flow from arrival to departure, ensuring visibility and proactive handling while resolving bottlenecks and VIP management.
• Control rosters, productivity, and headcount discipline while enforcing SOPs for daily operations, peak periods, and professional incident escalation.
• Develop and optimize tech systems for efficient bookings, check-ins, check-outs, and pre-arrival communications in collaboration with Marketing and Tech teams.
• Support high-value guests through smart table management and improve repeat visitation via database capture and proactive follow-up.
