Job summary

JW Marriott Jakarta is seeking a Housekeeping & Laundry Supervisor to ensure quality standards across guest rooms, public areas, and facilities. You will coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry to maintain smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction.

The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience and a high school diploma or GED, with a strong emphasis on safety, professionalism, and teamwork within a luxury hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. after housekeeping to ensure quality standards.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees.
• Follow all safety and security policies; report maintenance issues and accidents.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance standards; protect company assets.
• Communicate issues to next shift and complete required paperwork.
