Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager in hospitality or resort settings.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality operations across departments.
• Demonstrated leadership, budgeting, and cost control capabilities.
• Ability to implement SOPs and drive process improvements.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards in hospitality.
• Willingness to relocate to Central Lombok for the contract duration.

Aufgaben

• Oversee all daily operational activities to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, F&B, and front‑of‑house functions.
• Develop and implement SOPs to boost efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to maximise profitability.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor operational staff.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance and policies.
• Identify challenges and implement effective solutions to maintain service quality.
• Maintain records and produce regular operational reports for senior management.
• Liaise with external vendors to ensure quality service delivery.
• Respond to guest concerns in a timely, professional manner.
