Responsibilities

• Oversee daily floor operations and manage section allocations.
• Lead FOH staff and ensure high‑standard hospitality and service.
• Coordinate real‑time with Kitchen, Bar, Floor, Reception, and Management.
• Interact with guests, handle special requests, and resolve complaints professionally.
• Conduct staff onboarding, daily briefings, and ongoing coaching on policies and safety.
