Accor is seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist in South Jakarta to develop and execute marketing plans for rooms, F&B, events, and hotel experiences. You will manage social media, content creation, and campaigns while ensuring brand standards across channels.

You'll build relationships with media, influencers, and partners, coordinate PR activities, and support seasonal promotions. Strong English and Bahasa Indonesia skills, Canva and Adobe tools, and a passion for hospitality are

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 1–2 years in Marketing Communications or Digital Marketing.
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
• Strong social media and digital marketing skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proficient in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong copywriting and content creation ability.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
