AccorHotels Indonesia is seeking a Marketing Communications role in Jakarta Selatan to develop and implement promotional plans, manage social media, and coordinate media relations while ensuring brand alignment with Accor standards.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in Marketing Communications or Digital Marketing, with strong copywriting, content creation, and Canva/Adobe Creative Suite skills. Hospitality background is a plus.

Job Description

Responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing the hotel's marketing communication activities to strengthen brand awareness, promote hotel products and services, increase market visibility, and support the hotel's commercial objectives. Ensure all communication materials and promotional activities are aligned with Accor brand standards and hotel positioning.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Marketing & Communication

• Develop and execute the hotel's marketing communication and promotional plans.
• Create engaging content for hotel promotions, campaigns, and special events.
• Maintain and update hotel information across digital platforms.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns to promote rooms, Food & Beverage outlets, meetings, weddings, and hotel facilities.
• Ensure all marketing materials follow Accor brand guidelines.
• Manage the hotel's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan and prepare monthly social media content calendars.
• Create engaging captions, visual content, reels, stories, and promotional videos.
• Monitor social media engagement, audience interaction, and campaign performance.
• Respond to online inquiries and coordinate with relevant departments when necessary.

C. Public Relations & Media Relations

• Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, content creators, and strategic partners.
• Coordinate media visits, influencer collaborations, and hotel exposure activities.
• Prepare press releases, media invitations, and promotional announcements.
• Support the hotel's public relations activities and brand positioning.
• Design and coordinate promotional materials, including posters, banners, brochures, flyers, and digital advertisements.
• Coordinate photography and videography sessions for hotel products and activities.
• Ensure all published materials have accurate information, appropriate wording, and consistent branding.
• Liaise with graphic designers, printers, agencies, and other external vendors.

E. Event & Promotional Support

• Support hotel events, seasonal campaigns, festive celebrations, and special promotions.
• Coordinate marketing communication for hotel activities and internal events.
• Work closely with operational departments to obtain information and promotional requirements.
• Ensure promotional activities are properly communicated through appropriate channels.

F. Reporting & Administration

• Prepare monthly marketing activity reports and social media performance reports.
• Monitor marketing campaign results and provide improvement recommendations.
• Maintain an organized archive of marketing materials, photos, videos, and media coverage.
• Monitor marketing expenses and support budget control.

Qualifications

Education

• - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing, or a similar position.
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Good knowledge of social media management and digital marketing.
• Proficient in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, or Premiere Pro).
• Good photography and videography skills.
• Excellent English and Bahasa Indonesia communication skills.
• Good copywriting and content creation skills.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
