Job summary

You will work with property leadership to identify and address employee development needs and ensure effective programs that support business results.

Responsibilities include designing and delivering both custom and corporate training, measuring ROI, and ensuring programs meet guest service and leadership goals.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in the human resources or related professional area; certified trainer.
• 4-year bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; certified trainer; no work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Administering Employee Training Programs: Promotes and informs employees about all training programs.
• Administering Employee Training Programs: Displays leadership in guest hospitality and creates a positive atmosphere for guest relations.
• Administering Employee Training Programs: Helps employees identify specific behaviors that contribute to service excellence.
• Administering Employee Training Programs: Ensures employees receive ongoing training to understand guest expectations.
• Administering Employee Training Programs: Uses effective training methods to ensure employees understand guest satisfaction.
• Administering Employee Training Programs: Meets with training cadre on a regular basis to support training efforts.
• Evaluating Training Programs Effectiveness: Monitors enrollment and attendance at training classes.
• Evaluating Training Programs Effectiveness: Partners with operational leaders to assess technical and leadership skills.
• Developing Training Program Plans and Budgets: Ensures training aligns with the organization’s mission and vision.
• Developing Training Program Plans and Budgets: Identifies performance gaps and develops training to improve performance.
• Managing Training Budgets: Participates in budget development and manages department expenses.
