Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3 years experience in the human resources, management operations, or related professional area.
• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major; 1 year experience in the human resources, management operations, or related professional area.

Responsibilities

• Assists in interviewing and hiring HR employees with appropriate skills; supplies documentation and outreach.
• Maintains contact with external recruitment sources and attends job fairs.
• Provides HR services in recruitment, total compensation, and training and development; ensures compliance with laws and procedures.
• Works with unemployment services provider to respond to unemployment claims and audits activity.
• Delivers employee benefits administration and communications; ensures resources are available for HR operations.
• Develops and delivers new hire orientation; coordinates departmental orientation and training programs.
• Maintains employee relations through open communication channels and escalation processes; supports disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensures compliance with safety, privacy, and HR policies; collaborates with management and regional HR teams.

Education
