Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and build a sustainable pipeline.
• Solid Business and Account Management skills to structure deals, manage client relationships, and support long-term partnerships.
• Excellent Communication skills to present solutions clearly, negotiate effectively, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Relevant experience in hospitality, property management, or tourism business development is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Jabodetabek, manage multiple projects, and meet targets within agreed timelines.
• Proficiency in using CRM or sales tracking tools and basic office software.
• Experience in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Professional fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; working proficiency in English is an advantage.
