Job summary

Hilton Bali Resort is seeking an Executive Housekeeping Manager to lead housekeeping, laundry, and public areas across multiple luxury properties in Bali. The role requires a hands‑on leader who can maintain zero‑defect cleanliness and oversee a large workforce on site in Ubud.

The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years in luxury housekeeping, fluent English, and proven ability to develop SOPs, supervise budgets, and uphold the highest standards of guest room presentation and service.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive housekeeping experience in luxury properties.
• Experience leading 100–200+ employees across multiple properties.
• Strong knowledge of luxury housekeeping standards and laundry operations.
• Proven ability to develop and enforce SOPs and conduct quality inspections.
• Cost control, linen management, and budgeting experience.
• Hands‑on leadership with capability to inspect properties regularly.
• Professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily housekeeping, room prep, turn‑down, public areas and laundry across multiple properties.
• Maintain high cleanliness/presentation standards for rooms, villas, and public areas.
• Conduct daily inspections and audits to resolve issues before guest impact.
• Develop, implement and improve housekeeping SOPs and checklists.
• Coordinate with Engineering to keep rooms and facilities in optimal condition.
• Lead and develop a large housekeeping team including supervisors and attendants.
• Implement regular training on standards, safety, and guest service.
• Manage budgets, linen inventories, amenities, and cleaning supplies.
• Monitor laundry operations, linen usage and turnover to control costs.
• Foster accountability, discipline and operational excellence across housekeeping.
• Address guest complaints promptly with corrective and preventive actions.
