Job summary

BaliSuperHost is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance across Bali properties. The role requires an engineering-focused diploma and 1–2 years in a similar role within hospitality, with strong knowledge of electrical/plumbing/AC systems.

You will lead the maintenance team, assign tasks, and manage urgent repairs while maintaining safety, quality, and guest readiness. Based in Ubud or Gianyar, on-site work applies.

Qualifications

• SMK/Diploma in Engineering, preferably Electrical or Mechanical.
• 1–2 years of experience as an engineering supervisor or similar role.
• Experience in hotel, villa, hospitality, or property management is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, AC, pumps, water systems and maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot and manage urgent repairs and emergencies.
• Good leadership, communication and team coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Based in Ubud or Gianyar Regency with familiarity of surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily engineering and maintenance activities across BaliSuperHost properties.
• Ensure electrical, plumbing, AC, pumps, water systems, and facilities are functioning properly.
• Lead the engineering/maintenance team and assign daily tasks.
• Respond to and resolve guest and property maintenance issues promptly.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of villas and facilities.
• Coordinate with external technicians or contractors for specialized repairs.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment, repairs, and spare parts.
• Support emergency response and ensure properties remain safe, functional, and guest-ready.
