Job summary

House of Kairos in Bali is seeking a reliable, hands-on Engineering Staff to maintain hotel facilities and support a busy wellness destination.

You will perform daily maintenance, inspect equipment, troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues, and assist with preventive tasks. Based in Bali, you should be able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays; immediate start is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Engineering, Maintenance or related role.
• Experience in a hotel, hospitality, resort, or commercial property preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general maintenance.
• Hands-on, practical, and good problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Currently based in Bali.
• Available to join immediately.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance, inspection, and repair of building facilities and equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general maintenance issues.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure all facilities and equipment are operating properly.
• Respond to maintenance requests from different departments.
• Assist with preventive maintenance activities.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and engineering work areas.
• Report technical issues, damages, and maintenance requirements to the Engineering Supervisor.
• Follow safety procedures and operational standards.
• Support the Engineering team with other maintenance tasks as required.
