You will drive transformation, improve operational performance, culture, and sustainable growth while delivering exceptional patient experience, safety, and regulatory compliance, reporting to senior management and engaging clinical and non-clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Medical degree qualification; postgraduate qualification in Hospital Administration or Management is an advantage.
• Senior leadership experience as Hospital Director or equivalent within the healthcare industry.
• Experience in private hospital environments with high service and patient experience standards.
• Proven experience in hospital transformation, change management, and operational improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the hospital.
• Lead hospital-wide transformation toward operational excellence and patient experience.
• Drive improvements in clinical and non-clinical operations focusing on quality and safety.
• Improve hospital performance, efficiency, service delivery, and financial sustainability.
• Foster a service-oriented, high-performance culture among doctors, nurses, and staff.
• Monitor performance and manage relationships with stakeholders.
