L'Oréal is seeking a senior commercial leader to spearhead growth for Dermatological Beauty channels and accounts in Indonesia, reporting to the Commercial Director, handling end-to-end account management and strategic joint business plans.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in commercial strategy and execution, strong key account management, leadership experience, analytic decision-making, agility, and fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia.

A Day in the Life

Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will spearhead commercial growth for L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty channels and accounts in Indonesia by driving end-to-end account management and negotiating strategic joint business plans.

We Are Looking For

• Commercial Expertise: Highly seasoned with at least 7 years of working experience in commercial strategy and execution, including a strong background in key account management. Experience handling pharmacy or modern trade health & beauty channels is highly beneficial. Demonstrated leadership capability with proven experience leading people (people manager), successfully coaching teams to drive commercial performance and achieve strategic goals
• Analytical Decision-Making: Highly analytical, with a proven ability to interpret complex sales data and transform insights into strategic business decisions.
• Agility: An agile leader who thrives and adapts quickly in a rapidly evolving business landscape.
• Stakeholder Relations: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to foster trust and coordinate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Language Fluency: Professional fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia to lead operations and present strategies at all levels.
