L'Oréal is seeking a Strategic Hospital Field Sales professional to expand the Dermatological Beauty footprint within hospital channels in Jakarta. You will report to the Hospital Detailing & Conquest Manager and build strategic partnerships with key hospitals to drive brand growth and accessibility.

The role requires a track record in hospital pharmaceutical sales, a pharmacy background, and the ability to manage accounts, secure product listings, and negotiate effectively.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree or related science required.
• Experience in hospital pharmaceutical sales or medical representative roles.
• Proven ability to secure hospital product listings and manage accounts.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Based in Jakarta with field-based autonomy.

Responsabilités

• Drive Business Growth: achieve monthly sales targets and expand our brand presence by securing new product listings (listing doors) within hospitals.
• Strategic Account Management: manage relationships with key hospital accounts, ensure optimal product assortment and introduce new SKUs to the formulary.
• Build Stakeholder Relations: develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key hospital stakeholders, including dermatologists, hospital pharmacists, and procurement managers.
• Market Development: identify new opportunities and build a robust pipeline to establish L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty as a leading partner in the hospital environment.
