Job summary

PT Cakra Guna Distribusi (CGD) is seeking a motivated Sales HORECA to expand its customer base in the HORECA segment within Indonesia. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, prospecting hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering businesses, and other HORECA accounts.

Responsibilities include managing end-to-end sales, achieving targets, preparing quotations, and building strong customer relationships. A field-visit oriented, proactive candidate with drive and local network is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in Marketing, Business, Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in HORECA, FMCG, F&B, distribution, logistics, or related industries.
• Willing to conduct field visits and meet customers regularly.
• Having an existing HORECA network is a strong advantage.
• Having a valid driving license and personal vehicle is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the HORECA segment.
• Prospect and acquire new customers, including hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering businesses, and other HORECA accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct sales visits, presentations, product introductions, and negotiations.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing and customer onboarding.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
• Follow up on leads, customer inquiries, and sales opportunities.
• Monitor customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
• Maintain accurate customer data, sales activities, and sales pipeline.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide market insights to management.
