PT Lautan Natural Krimerindo, a leading food & beverage ingredients partner in Indonesia, is seeking a Marketing Manager to translate Horeca strategy into actionable plans and coordinate multi-channel campaigns. You will work with Horeca Sales to drive brand awareness and sales impact.

The role requires 3–5 years in B2B marketing with strong analytics, trade marketing, events, and digital skills. A data-driven mindset and proactive optimization of promotions are essential.

Competenze

• Minimum 3–5 years in B2B marketing, preferably Horeca or FMCG.
• Ability to translate strategy into campaigns and programs.
• Strong understanding of trade marketing and digital channels.
• Proven skills in analytics and reporting of KPIs and ROI.

• Translate Horeca marketing strategy into operational work plans.
• Manage and coordinate Horeca marketing programs (events, promotions, branding) to drive sales impact.
• Optimize digital marketing channels (social media, email, website) to build brand awareness.
• Coordinate with Horeca Sales on promotional materials and activations.
• Collaborate with Sales to develop market-driven strategies improving conversion.
• Ensure quality and availability of marketing materials (POSM, catalogs, content).

• Prepare periodic marketing performance reports for management decisions.
• Propose program improvements to sustain brand growth.
