Responsibilities

• Define and drive Physical Sales strategy to drive acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth across partner sales channels and strengthen market presence.
• Drive conversion rate optimization, sales campaign, and performance analytics to maximize sales productivity and ROI
• Lead direct sales and partner channel performance, including owned direct channel, retail outlets and distributors, to maximize productivity and reach
• Lead continuous improvement of sales team productivity and efficiency through analytics-driven insights, experimentation, and execution discipline
• Collaborate with Product & Marketing, Content, Channel and Operations teams to deliver integrated go-to-market, optimized sales support, and unified growth outcomes.
