Job summary

You will prepare rooms for guests, restock supplies, and support the team during high occupancy periods, ensuring a discreet, friendly guest experience. Applicants should have prior housekeeping or hotel/villa experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping/hotel/villa experience preferred.
• Good attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, responsible, and willing to work as part of a team.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Change bed linen, towels, and replenish guest amenities and supplies
• Assist with deep cleaning and other housekeeping tasks as required
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost & found items to the supervisor
• Follow housekeeping procedures, hygiene standards, and company policies
• Support the Housekeeping team during high occupancy and operational needs
• Maintain a professional appearance and provide friendly, discreet service to guests
