Job summary

PT IBM Indonesia is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition professional with strong blue-collar and technical recruitment expertise. You will own sourcing, screening, and placement for skilled trades across client sites, delivering high-speed hiring operations in a hands-on, field-based setting.

You will manage 8–15+ open technical requisitions, verify licenses and certifications, and ensure rapid turnaround while maintaining stringent candidate standards and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a recruitment agency, manpower supply firm, or outsourcing provider.
• Experience hiring blue-collar, skilled trade, and technical engineering profiles.
• Ability to manage multi-role, high-volume pipelines concurrently.
• Proficiency using non-traditional sourcing channels alongside standard job platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication for client interactions and candidate relations.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Blue-Collar Recruitment: manage intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Technical Sourcing & Pipeline Building: create pools for electricians, technicians, site engineers, and maintenance staff.
• Client-Facing Operations: coordinate with external stakeholders on job specs and timelines.
• High-Volume & Rapid Turnaround: handle 8–15+ requisitions with strict qualification standards.
• Screening & Trade Verification: verify licenses, safety certs, and shift availability.
• Turnaround Time: deliver first pre-screened batch within 24–48 hours.
• Pipeline Output: submit 3–4 verified candidates per requisition.
• SLA & Responsiveness: respond to client inquiries within 12 hours.
