Qualifications

• Hands-on recruitment experience; high-volume recruitment experience preferred.
• Experience in CFD or finance industries preferred.
• Experience recruiting sales roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source resumes across multiple channels, arrange interviews, conduct initial interviews, oversee full recruitment lifecycle and hiring targets; capable of handling high‑volume recruitment assignments.
• Align with business teams, clarify job requirements, manage recruitment channels and improve recruitment efficiency.
• Focus on recruiting sales positions, source candidates for finance/CFD sectors, and follow up on onboarding and post‑hire handover.
