Job summary

ATI Business Group is seeking a Supply Transactional Finance professional to support high-volume AP processes and ensure smooth day-to-day financial operations. You will handle invoice processing, recording, reconciliation, and query resolution with accuracy and SLA adherence.

The role requires at least a Finance or Accounting background and a minimum of B2 English proficiency. You’ll be placed in BSD and/or Jakarta, with flexibility for varying hours and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum B2 English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Finance or Accounting experience through education, internship, and/or full-time employment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working with high-volume data and repetitive transactional processes.

Responsibilities

• Verify, process, and record financial transactions accurately and on time.
• Process invoices and maintain complete financial records and documentation.
• Perform reconciliation and investigate discrepancies in records, reports, and transactions.
• Respond to internal and external queries within agreed service levels.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to support daily finance operations.
• Handle high-volume data and transactional tasks efficiently.
• Support ad hoc back-office and general administrative tasks as required.
