Job summary

ATI Business Group is seeking a Supply Transactional Finance professional to support high-volume AP processes, invoicing, and reconciliation in BSD/Jakarta. You will ensure accurate recording, maintain records, and resolve queries while meeting service levels.

The role requires a finance or accounting background, strong English (min B2), and meticulous attention to detail, with flexibility for varying hours and overnight shifts when needed.

Qualifications

• Finance or accounting education, internship, or work experience.
• Minimum B2 English proficiency in written and spoken form.
• Experience with high-volume transactional processes and data.

Responsibilities

• Verify, process, and record financial transactions accurately and on time.
• Process invoices and maintain complete financial records and docs.
• Perform reconciliations and investigate discrepancies in records.
• Respond to internal and external queries within SLAs.
• Coordinate with teams to support daily finance operations.
• Handle high-volume data and repetitive transactional tasks.
• Assist with ad hoc back-office and admin tasks as required.
