Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Eng, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of B2B sales or sales engineering in electrical equipment manufacturing or EPC.
• Proven experience with PLN, EPC contractors, IPPs, or large industrial customers.
• Strong understanding of transformers, HV equipment, substations, switchgear.
• Experience in technical sales, tenders, negotiations, and long-term account management.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Willing to complete initial training in Cikarang before Jakarta assignment.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities with PLN, EPCs, IPPs, industrial estates, mining, and oil & gas sectors.
• Build long-term relationships with project owners, consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers.
• Deliver technical presentations, prepare commercial proposals, and recommend HV equipment solutions.
• Monitor project pipelines, infrastructure tenders, and procurement activities.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, quality, and project teams to meet customer requirements.
• Support tender submissions, contract negotiations, and project documentation.
• Conduct regular client visits, site meetings, and industry networking.
