## Job Vacancy: Production OperatorPT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk is actively seeking dedicated candidates for the **Production Operator** position. This role plays a vital part in maintaining the exceptional quality and safety standards that millions of Indonesian consumers rely on daily.Key Responsibilities\\* **Quality & Compliance Assurance:** Monitor manufacturing workflows to guarantee strict adherence to company quality benchmarks, hygiene protocols, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and HACCP guidelines. \\* **Pre-Production Checks:** Inspect raw ingredients, dough weight, baking pans, fillings, and molds thoroughly before operational startup. \\* **Equipment Operations:** Handle production machinery, industrial ovens, packaging units, and metal detectors efficiently to ensure seamless output. \\* **End-to-End Production:** Manage the complete cycle from dough preparation and baking to final product packaging. \\* **Data & Label Verification:** Ensure absolute accuracy in production coding, expiration dates, product labeling, and packaging integrity. \\* **Documentation:** Record daily production outputs and process indicators meticulously. \\* **Sanitation & Maintenance:** Uphold pristine cleanliness within the workspace and execute routine machinery sanitation. \\* **Team Collaboration:** Coordinate proactively with the broader production unit and step in to assist across various sections—such as Mixer, Make Up, Oven, or Scaling—whenever required.Candidate Qualifications\\* **Education:** Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent from any major. \\* **Experience:** Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience as a Production Operator within the FMCG or food manufacturing sector is considered a strong advantage. \\* **Technical Knowledge:** Familiarity with basic bread-making procedures, GMP, HACCP standards, and sanitation protocols is highly preferred. \\* **Machinery Skills:** Practical knowledge or hands-on experience operating manufacturing equipment, specifically industrial ovens. \\* **Operational Competence:** Proven capability to execute production duties strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and corporate quality frameworks. \\* **Personal Traits:** High levels of discipline, agility, attention to detail, and a strong collaborative spirit for teamwork. \\* **Work Arrangement:** Willingness to work in a shift-based schedule. \\* **Work Location:** Plant Batam, Riau Islands.
