Job summary

JAPFA is seeking a hands-on farm supervisor to perform and lead daily Parent Stock farm activities in line with SOPs and work instructions. You will monitor flock condition, manage feeding, egg collection, mortality and hygiene, and support supervisors in ensuring biosecurity, animal welfare and safety standards.

You will guide and support operators and junior staff, identify abnormalities in health or operations, and ensure accurate daily production and data recording.

• Ensure accurate recording of daily production and operational data.
• Support implementation of improvement actions and best practices at farm level.
