Job summary

Japfa is seeking a Farm Worker to carry out daily Parent Stock farm activities including feeding, egg collection, cleaning, and flock care. You will observe flock conditions, mortality, and abnormalities and report to the supervisor while adhering to biosecurity, welfare, safety, and hygiene standards.

You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness of facilities and equipment, recording daily data, and supporting team operations to ensure smooth farm processes.

Job description

Carry out daily Parent Stock farm activities according to work instructions and SOPs. Perform routine tasks such as feeding, egg collection, cleaning, and flock care. Observe and report flock conditions, mortality, and operational abnormalities to the supervisor. Follow biosecurity, animal welfare, safety, and hygiene requirements at all times. Maintain cleanliness of facilities, equipment, and work areas. Record daily operational data accurately as instructed. Support team activities to ensure smooth and efficient farm operations.
