Job summary

PT Svea Laboratories International membuka kesempatan untuk posisi Helper Pizza Maker. Anda akan mendukung Pizza Maker dalam persiapan dan pembuatan pizza sesuai standar, mulai dari persiapan bahan hingga plating akhir, sambil menjaga kebersihan dapur dan standar keamanan pangan.

Tugas utama meliputi menyiapkan adonan, saus, keju, topping, menjaga ketersediaan bahan, mengikuti SOP dapur, bekerja dalam tim maupun sendiri, serta bersedia shift termasuk akhir pekan.

• Experience as Kitchen Helper or Pizza Helper is a plus.
• Able or willing to learn pizza making.
• Understanding of basic food preparation and kitchen hygiene is a plus.
• Diligent, disciplined, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to work individually and in a team.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic kitchen environment.
• Willing to work on shift system, including weekends and public holidays.

• Assist Pizza Maker in preparing and making pizza according to standards.
• Prepare pizza ingredients such as dough, sauce, cheese, and toppings.
• Support preparation processes and maintain ingredient availability.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area, equipment, and kitchen.
• Assist in cooking processes and plating according to Pizza Maker's direction.
• Store food ingredients properly and according to standards.
• Assist in checking quality and condition of ingredients.
• Follow kitchen SOP and food hygiene and safety standards.
• Support other kitchen work as needed for operational requirements.
