Job summary

Pizza 4P’s in Indonesia is hiring a Pizza Maker to join our kitchen team. You will prepare and bake pizzas to our recipes, ensure dough handling and toppings, and help maintain a clean, efficient pizza station in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, and the ability to work with non-halal ingredients. Previous pizza-making experience is preferred, and teamwork is essential to deliver a WOW guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as a pizza maker or similar kitchen role preferred.
• Understanding of dough preparation and baking techniques.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Disciplined, detail-oriented, and a team player.
• Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake pizzas according to company standards and recipes.
• Ensure proper dough handling, topping preparation, and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the pizza station.
• Monitor stock levels and support inventory control.
• Work closely with the kitchen & service team to ensure smooth service.
• Deliver "WOW" experience to guests.
