PT Surya Bumi Retailindo is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations across its retail network in Indonesia. You will drive performance, coach teams, and ensure high standards of service and execution in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires proven leadership, strong organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to optimize store processes to deliver strong results and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a store manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Experience leading small or large teams.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking related to store operations.
• Excellent organisation, communication and problem-solving skills.
