Job summary

SKY Vape is seeking a Head Sales to develop distributor networks across Indonesia, travel for region coverage, and drive sales programs to expand distribution and revenue.

The role requires strong leadership, networking, and business development skills with a target-driven mindset and the ability to build long-term distributor relationships. Travel across regions in Indonesia is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Business Development, Distributor Management, or similar positions.
• Experience leading or managing sales teams is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Ability to build and maintain distributor relationships.

Head Sales position responsible for developing distributor networks, maintaining business partner relationships, increasing sales and distribution, and executing various sales programs to support SKY Vape business growth. The role requires strong leadership, sales, networking, and business development capabilities with a target-oriented mindset and ability to build long-term relationships. Travel across various regions in Indonesia is required to develop distributor networks.

Key responsibilities

Develop and expand SKY Vape distributor networks

Visit and maintain good relationships with distributors

Increase sales and distribution growth

Create and execute sales programs and strategies

Build and maintain long-term business relationships with distributors

Monitor distributor activities and sales achievements

Identify market opportunities and potential new distributors

Attend vape events, communities, and sales/marketing activities

Create reports and evaluations related to sales activities and achievements

Conduct business travel to various regions in Indonesia

About you

Experience in Sales, Business Development, Distributor Management, or similar positions

Experience leading or managing sales teams is a plus

Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills

Ability to build and maintain distributor relationships

Target and sales achievement oriented

Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Understanding of vape/FMCG industry is a plus

Able to work independently and within a team

Willing to travel to various regions in Indonesia

Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; personal vehicle and active driving license is a plus
