Job summary

SKYTEAM GLOBAL INDONESIA is seeking a General Manager to oversee and develop operations across SKY KOPI and SKY VAPE outlets in Jakarta. You will lead Managers, Heads, and staff, ensuring SOP adherence, scheduling, stock control, cash handling, and timely reporting.

You will drive service quality, customer experience, and sales efficiency. The role requires strong leadership, initiative, and analytical reporting skills, with preference for experience in F&B, retail, or hospitality, and

Qualifications

• Experience as Manager, Operational Manager, General Manager, or equivalent position.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Disciplined, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• High initiative.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel and report writing.
• Ability to communicate well in Korean language.
• Experience in F&B, Coffee Shop, Retail, Vape Store, or Hospitality (preferred).
• English language ability (preferred).
• Ability to drive a car and possession of SIM A (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational activities of SKY KOPI & SKY VAPE.
• Lead, guide, and evaluate Managers, Heads, and all staff.
• Ensure SOP, work schedules, stock, cash, and reports are managed effectively.
• Handle operational problems and provide solutions independently.
• Maintain service quality and customer experience.
• Help increase sales and operational efficiency.
• Provide important reports to Management actively.
