Job summary

SKY Vape Indonesia in Jakarta is hiring a Head Vaporista to lead the Vaporista team during shifts, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

You will drive sales targets, manage stock, conduct briefings, monitor performance, and coordinate with store management to meet daily objectives. The role requires SMA/SMK or equivalent, 1–2 years of related experience, strong vape product knowledge, and a professional, disciplined approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK education or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in Vaporista, Retail Sales, or similar role.
• Good product knowledge of vape products.
• Strong sales and customer service abilities.

Job description

As Head Vaporista at SKY Vape, you will be a leader responsible for managing the operational activities of the Vaporista team during your shift, ensuring excellent customer service, and helping achieve sales targets. You will lead the team to work with discipline, professionalism, and in accordance with company operational standards.

Key responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the Vaporista team during shift

About you

Minimum SMA/SMK education or equivalent

1–2 years of experience as Vaporista, Retail Sales, or similar position

Good product knowledge of vape
