Job summary

PT Unicorn Food & Services in Bali seeks a Head of Supply Chain to design and lead an end-to-end supply function for a fast-growing hospitality group.

You will own procurement, inventory, warehouse operations, receiving, internal stock movement, analytics, and reporting, building scalable processes and strong supplier partnerships. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution to enable growth and superior guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in supply chain, procurement, inventory, logistics, or operations.
• 3–5 years leading teams.
• Experience in F&B, Retail, Hospitality, FMCG, Distribution, or multi-site operations is highly valued.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Proven experience improving processes, systems, and organizational performance.
• Strong understanding of purchasing, inventory, warehouse, and supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Supply Team

As Head of Supply Chain, you'll lead and continuously improve our end-to-end Supply Chain operation.

You'll oversee:

• Procurement & Purchasing

• Warehouse Operations

Your responsibility isn't simply making sure these departments function.

It's ensuring they work together as one intelligent, scalable system that supports the entire company.

Rather than immediately changing everything, you'll begin by understanding it.

One of your first responsibilities will be reviewing our current Supply Team structure, identifying strengths, uncovering opportunities, and recommending the improvements that will have the greatest long-term impact.

Experience & Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Logistics, or Operations
• 3–5 years of experience leading teams
• Experience within F&B, Retail, Hospitality, FMCG, Distribution, or multi-site operations is highly valued
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Proven experience improving processes, systems, and organizational performance
• Strong understanding of purchasing, inventory, warehouse, and supply chain operations
• Experience working with data, reporting, KPIs
